*Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary
*Photo of the barcode on the plastic bag
- A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return.
- Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Return & Exchange conditions
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason and subjective factors and just dislikes the item. No return on promotional items.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
- All items priced $15.99 and under are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
- Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of www.31Styles.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
- We have to announce it: we only give a refund because the quality issue within 7 days of receipt of the item:stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.
- Can I exchange for a new size/color?
Yes, you can except promotional items.
We will arrange shipping of exchanged item as soon as possible.
And please note that you need to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item and the exchanged item is not accepted for refund or exchange.
Why was my package returned?
There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Unable to deliver
It this condition happens, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to relative customer service specialist.
Please note that nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service and other personal reasons will not be taken by 31STYLES.
